Brian Coleman

Brian and his wife, Deanna, have been members of Covenant Church since 1992.  Brian served in many leadership positions within Covenant Church as a volunteer before joining the staff in 2001.  He currently serves as Executive Pastor of Administration, Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, and Corporate Secretary.  In his role, Brian provides oversight across several ministry departments including Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Security as he oversees the day-to-day administration of the ministry.  Brian has also served on the Board of Directors for American Heritage Academy and other non-profit businesses in the Dallas community as well.    

Brian attended the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Management Information Systems in 1986.   Brian’s business career began as a management information systems consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co.  Over the next 15 years, Brian held various management positions with Fortune 500 companies, and he was most recently the Director of Enterprise Applications at Interstate Batteries in Dallas before joining the ministry in 2001.

Brian and Deanna have been married for 38 years and have 3 grown sons.
